Micro-Pathways
Micro-pathways are short-term credential programs that drill curriculum down to the
essential skills employers need in the workplace.
Through the Year-to-Career Initiative, the Montana University System will develop and launch micro-pathway programs in industries like healthcare, education, technology, and trades to meet the state’s growing workforce needs. The initiative involves all stakeholders in the process (colleges, employers, and students).
